Privacy policy
This English version is provided for information purposes only; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), we explain how we process your data.

2. What data we process and why
We only process the data you give us when you write to us through the contact form, WhatsApp, email or telephone (name, email, telephone and the content of your message), solely to answer your enquiry or quote request and, if you hire our services, to manage the business relationship.
We do not create profiles, make automated decisions or send advertising.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the form or write to us (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, if you hire our services, the performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer it and, at most, one year if no service is hired. If a service is hired, the data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To run the website we use providers acting as data processors, under the contracts required by the GDPR:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and delivery of contact-form messages to the company. It may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- The company's email provider, where messages are received.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to mantensursl@gmail.com or by post to C/ Maestra Balbina Cerdeño, 7, esc. 1, 2.º C, 14500 Puente Genil (Córdoba), stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of your ID.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
The website only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
